If delivery fails because the customer is unavailable, address is incorrect, phone number is unreachable, or delivery is refused, the order may be returned to us by the courier partner.

In such cases, re-shipping charges may apply if the customer requests the order to be shipped again.

8. Damaged Package

If you receive a damaged or tampered package, please do not accept the delivery if possible.

If you have already received the package, please contact us within 24–48 hours with photos or videos of the package and product.

Our team will review the issue and assist you further.

9. Delays in Delivery

While we try our best to deliver orders within the estimated timeline, delays may happen due to circumstances beyond our control.
