Easy Recipe – Hing Badi Sabzi (refer to video)
Ingredients:
- 1 cup DGU Hing Badi
- 2 tbsp oil
- 1 tsp jeera
- 1 chopped onion
- 1 chopped tomato
- ½ tsp haldi
- 1 tsp mirchi powder
- Salt to taste
- Water as needed
Method:
- Lightly fry the Hing Badi in oil until golden and crispy. Remove and keep aside.
- In the same pan, add jeera and let it splutter.
- Add onions and sauté until golden, then add tomatoes and cook till soft.
- Add spices (haldi, mirchi, salt) and mix well.
- Add the fried Hing Badi and a little water.
- Cook for 5–10 minutes until flavors blend well.
Serve hot with roti or rice for a delicious, traditional meal.
