Easy Recipe – Sirawadi Sabzi
Ingredients:
- 1 cup DGU Sirawadi
- 2 tbsp oil
- 1 tsp jeera
- 1 chopped onion
- 1 chopped tomato
- ½ tsp haldi
- 1 tsp mirchi powder
- Salt to taste
- Water as needed
Method:
- Lightly fry the Sirawadi until golden and crisp. Keep aside.
- Heat oil in a pan, add jeera and let it splutter.
- Add onions and sauté until golden, then add tomatoes and cook till soft.
- Add haldi, mirchi powder, and salt. Mix well.
- Add fried Sirawadi and a little water.
- Cook for a few minutes until soft and well-coated with spices.
Serve hot with roti or rice for a comforting, traditional meal.
